Personal Data Protection When you make an online booking, your personal information is securely stored and processed. You have the option to create a user account, which allows you to: Manage future reservations Access your booking history Save your personal preferences We may also collect certain technical data (IP address, browser, operating system, visited pages), as well as public information from social media platforms (name, profile photo, gender, friends list, etc.) according to their privacy policies. Enhanced Data Security We follow recognized standards to protect your personal information during both transmission and storage. For your safety, please do not enter any payment card number unless the field is specifically designated for that purpose. Contractual Parties The Rental Company: Audri Car, GIE member partner agency The Renter: The individual or legal entity named in the contract The main driver must be clearly identified in the agreement 2. Vehicle Condition The vehicle is delivered in perfect working order and must be returned in the same condition. Tires must be replaced with identical ones in case of damage (excluding normal wear and tear). 3. Maintenance & Repairs Normal mechanical wear is the responsibility of Audri Car. Repairs due to accidents or misuse are the renter’s responsibility. 4. Vehicle Use The rental is personal and non-transferable. Only drivers listed in the contract are authorized to drive the vehicle. 5. Insurance & Accidents The renter is insured according to Audri Car’s general insurance terms. Personal belongings inside the car are not covered in case of theft or accident. In the event of an accident, theft, or fire, a detailed report must be submitted promptly. Any defects must be reported within 3 hours after signing the contract, otherwise the renter assumes responsibility. 6. Payment & Return Rental fees are payable in advance according to current rates. Extensions must be authorized by Audri Car. Payments may be made in cash or by check. 7. Damage & Liability The renter must cover the cost of any damage and pay daily compensation as agreed upon at the time of rental. In case of a bounced or invalid check, legal action may be taken. 8. Vehicle Documents All documents related to the vehicle must be returned with the car. Failure to do so will result in continued billing. 9.
